Billing FAQ
When am I billed?
The fixed subscription is billed monthly. Commission is tracked against confirmed recovered amounts, but the payment flow is intentionally flexible and not locked to one method yet.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, all plans include a 14-day free trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged.
Can I change my plan?
You can upgrade anytime. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What commission payment methods do you support?
The commission payment method is not finalized. The architecture allows future options such as upfront payment, payment after recovery, invoice, digital contract, or manual agreement.
What happens if my payment fails?
You have a 7-day grace period to update your payment method. Your data and access remain intact during this time.
How is commission calculated?
Commission is a percentage of the confirmed recovered amount. The percentage is stored on the organization plan so billing can be integrated later without changing claim logic.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your Settings page. Your account remains active until the end of the billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds for unused subscription time, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
